I am very excited and a little nervous for the next Red Drinks on Tuesday, July 5th! I will be styling outfits on the fly from local designer’s bringing surprise pieces from their own collections! Not knowing what I will be working with is going to be a great challenge! This will also be a  fun and a great way to connect with others in the Denver fashion industry! Setting the Scene -A One Night Open Photo Shoot

*Inviting all local fashion, jewelry, and accessory designers to participate!

*Local talent is invited to bring items of their own creation to Red Drinks Denver Tuesday, July 5th. Tran Wills, of Super Ordinary Gallery and The Fabric Lab, will set the scene… styling submissions together and on the fly, creating a vignette of her own creation.

*A great way for designers to supplement their portfolios and connect with other designers and artists. As a designer simply come with your design(s) and check it in with the friendly rack attendant… the rest will be taken care of while you relax and mingle with your red drink!

I really need a long black sheer max skirt for this summer! It is soooo hot already in Colorado and this is perfect for someone like me who does not like to show off her legs at all! Perfect with a tank top and legging or shorts underneath and some cute wedges! So effortless, chic, and can be dressed up or casual. Summer I am ready for you!

I found a great DIY Tutorial how to make one myself on A Pair and a Spare! Guess what I will be doing tomorrow?! I am also thinking about having a Fashion DIY night once a month at Super Ordinary Gallery. Maybe this can be our first project. How to DIY High Fashion without Breaking a Nail. This will of course involve booze, food, fashion and I am going to call my girls at Tootsies Nail Shoppe to come do mani’s just in-case we do break a nail crafting! Would you come?

Please join us at Creme Coffee House located in the RiNo Art District on Second Saturday, May 14th for the viewing of “Private Collection of Josh + Tran Wills”

Josh and I have been collecting art together for almost 10 years, starting shortly after slapping on the ol’ ball & chains. It began with swapping work amongst friends and grabbing what we could at local shows. More recently we‘ve been able to pick up a couple of the pieces during travels to NY, CHI, and SF. They are almost like tattoos for us, each piece with it’s own unique story and memory.  Noah asked if we would be open to sharing/showing our collection at Crema. We were a bit hesitant because our art collection is like another baby to us, but agreed with the hopes that by doing so we could inspire and encourage others to collect art and support artists on a more regular basis.

We have also added a interactive part to the show. We have selected a few pieces of Josh’s work that will be up for a swap for another artists piece. We highly recommend any artist interested in a new piece of work for your own personal collection to come by with a piece in hand for a live SWAP! We will replace our pieces on the wall with the newly traded work on the spot!
